With a large number of children to buy for, Christmas always takes a little bit of forward planning and list writing. My only verbal child will have a list as long as her arm, and whilst her older and younger sibling are slightly less demanding, as a parent I still want to make sure they end up with presents they love. My house seems to be bursting at the seams with plastic cheaply manufactured toys so this year I set out to find them some high quality, longer life gifts that they will love. I’ve recently discovered Amara which sells a beautiful selection of high-end luxury interiors and gifts.
Gifts From Amara
Amara stock over 300 of the world’s most luxurious home fashion brands. There were so many gorgeous gifts to choose from. Amara’s Christmas gifting by recipient section of their website meant I was able to sit down in one sitting and find a perfect present for each of our three youngest children. I think all three of the children will be grinning from ear to ear when they open the gifts I have selected for them.
For My Youngest
My youngest has developed a keen interest in make-believe play this year. For her I selected this adorable wooden tool play set made by Bloomingville.
It comes with 9 tools including a Stanley knife, pliers and a ruler. They are extremely well made and I love the attention to detail on the tools. I’m sure this will be a much-loved and well-played present for many years to come, not just by my daughter on her own but in tandem with her older brother and sister.
If tools are not your little ones thing there are a huge number of beautiful Bloomingville play sets to purchase such as a Doctor’s set, Breakfast set or a very pretty children’s tea party set. The tool set is currently priced at £35
For the 4 year old
For the most demanding of my children I wanted to make sure she had something different to the seemingly endless number of interactive toys that are on her Santa list this year. Thanks to Amara I think I have found the most absolutely perfect gift for her. This Bed Buddy hot water bottle made by YuYu is unique, bright and fun.
It’s very long and designed to look like a worm. You can wrap it around your shoulders or simply cuddle up to it. Made from luxuriously soft 100% cotton I think this I’d going to be a hit when she opens it on Christmas day.
The Bed Buddy’s are available in a variety of colours and are ridiculously charming and cute! This is a perfect gift for a child who you really don’t know what to buy or wish to but something unique and different. Priced at £33 I think I will be looking to buy one for myself too if I’m honest!
For my eldest
Probably the hardest to buy for on my list. Having a physical disability means a lot of regular toys are just not suitable for my eldest. I almost purchased him his own Bed Buddy but then spotted a lovely selection of clothing made by brand Snurk. I thought he would adore this fun Marble Universe Sweater costing £29.
Made from a soft and flexible cotton and elastane blend the relaxed fit of this sweater would be perfect for him, either wearing out and about or as lounge wear. Matching lounge trousers are available to complete the outfit. Amara has plenty of different prints available – plus you can twin with your children as Adult versions of the outfits are available too. The material of the sweater feels lovely and soft and the digital printing means the print has lots of depth to it and is not something that will come off in the wash. The relaxed fit is brilliant for my son as it means it will be easy to put on and take off.
I was really impressed with Amara. They have so much to choose from, and it’s full of unique, gorgeous, high-end gifts I know will be loved by all of my children. Free UK delivery is available when you spend over £70 too.
Their handy Gift by recipient tool makes it effortless to find the perfect gift for anyone on your Christmas shopping list, or even birthday list this year and beyond.
